Back in July, I read an article that Portland, OR was the number one pizza city in the USA because of Apizza Scholls and Ken's Artisan Pizza. Although I'm not a pizza expert (I just like to eat it), I can see why Apizza Scholls receives the accolades. The crust is amazing--crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
