That means that for every 4 pixels the DSR feature has to choose one of those 4 to actually display on your 1080p monitor ... What I would highly recommend disabling is the Dynamic Resolution Scaling. It's pretty aggresive and can drop your resolution down to sub 1080p territory just to maintain a consistent framerate. Combining 1080p or sub 1080p resolutions with TAA will make the game look really muddy.
