When I changed everything from ULTRA to LOW with the exception of the game resolution, the white textured geometry disappeared. So I'm thinking that either it is a video setting or I maxed my 2 GB of VRAM out. I'm using a GeForce 680. I've recently started playing Fallout 4 G.O.T.Y. edition on my PS4. Quit COMPLETELY out of the game while in the Thicket Excavations site, restart, and it will be fixed. Just quitting to the main game menu DOES NOT WORK. I am not sure how true that is, but I have played a lot after that quest completing and it still has not drained for me and I am only at level 8 so far.
