You should get one pretty easily.I have the option to continue using the Godfather that rolled a Furnace skill and keep Ambos Pride cubed however, that furnace ethereal replaced a Messerschmidts Reaver skill which kept my Wrath of the Berserker at 100% uptime.In general HP does very little and damage reduction is king (dont miss to proc band of might). Armor and resistance is very important but usally you get one of them from your mainstat (armor in the case of barb).
