Hello. Since last week I haven’t been able to login to the Yi Home PC application. When I enter my credentials and hit “enter” it shows a “send Http fail(3)” message. I’ve tried to reinstall everything, even the latest version but didn’t work. I also tried with the Kami application but didn’t work either.That is usually solved by checking the camera's configuration. Here are the most common network issues. The camera IP address is wrong; You tried to connect the camera to the wrong Wi-Fi band; The Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough; There's a firewall blocking the traffic to the Internet; The Yi server is temporarily down;Open the Yi Home app on your smartphone or tablet. Ensure that your mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi network you want to connect the camera to. This will ensure a smooth pairing process. In the app, tap on the “+” icon to add a new device. Select “Yi IoT Camera” from the options provided.
