Carburetor polaris sportsman 500 fuel line diagram

Jan 30, 2013 · I only have 3 lines that come off the fuel pump, 2 fuel and 1 impulse that goes to the carb. You mentioned that it might go to the P on the fuel pump for pulse, this already has a line and per the fuel diagram in my manual it goes to the carb. Not sure where or what air line goes to that fitting that is coming off the cylinder head.

Pulled the line off at the shutoff valve, it's clear. Pulled the line off at the pump, it's clear. Remove screws holding lower part of pod on handle bars and let it hang. Lift, tilt, twist, wiggle and pull the tank out. Remove fuel pump and dump tank out from its opening.
