wildwood · #6 · Jun 3, 2012. Try doing a search on throtle cable play or adjustment. If I remember right there has been a couple posts about guys not getting top speeds because of throtle cable not being adjusted. Unless your at high rpms at 30 then you have a clutch issue I think.
