Nov 7, 2017 · After being advised that ATT had fiber optics, I ordered the router. The installer came before the equipment arrived but checked and advised me that we did not have fiber optics in my area. I returned the equipment on 2/2/17 via UPS store after speaking with ATT. Upon receipt of the equipment, I was told that my account was credited.
