They made nothing out of it and said it's normal and common. Intrusive thoughts are normal, and if you have anxiety or OCD traits (like me), it can exacerbate them. They said it's just our minds trying to make sense of things, not that we have an actual desire or want to do it. That helped put my mind at ease.
