The items mentioned in the OP are available at level 52, the ones you're referring to (xxx spinel/ring of battle and bear's claw of xxx) are level 56, and are also rare guests at the Bazaar. They (the higher level school-specific ones) drop in Nastrond, which is also less farmed than, say, Halfang, who happens to drop the level 52 ring.Why? Warlord is only 25 wins vs. loses. You get a title that's your reward. Lore spells are harder than getting warlord at level 50 as a life or balance with the paladin pet and the lore spells.
