Yngol Barrow is a really, really short dungeon with a ghost boss and literally no other enemies. What it does have is small blue balls that bounce around on the ground and follow you around. It also has a door puzzle that actually is a puzzle. If there's a generic Draugr boss there there instead of the ghost of Yngol then you lose your shot at the Helm of Yngol and the shortcut to the exit.
