Well if it turns over and won't start, try taking the hose off going to the throttle body and spray starting fluid in the throttle body. If it starts after doing this it is probably the fuel pump relay or fuel pump. If it doesn't that points to the ignition system, maybe a crank sensor. Causing, an engine will not start issue. TIP: Try unplugging the injectors; one at a time and crank the engine to see if it will start. If the engine starts when a particular injector has been unplugged; that's the shorted injector that needs to be replaced.
